TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: June 25, 2026
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://premierlimo.miami/ and any transportation, limousine, chauffeur, or related services provided by Premier Limo Services Inc., referred to in these Terms as “Premier Limo,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By using our website, requesting a quote, making a reservation, authorizing payment, or using our transportation services, you agree to these Terms. If you make a reservation on behalf of another passenger, company, or group, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and agree to communicate all applicable terms to the passengers.
1. Services
Premier Limo provides prearranged transportation services, which may include:
- Airport and seaport transportation;
- Point-to-point and round-trip transportation;
- Hourly or as-directed chauffeur service;
- Corporate and private transportation;
- Weddings, concerts, graduations, funerals, and special events;
- Sightseeing, shopping, and long-distance transportation; and
- Sedan, SUV, van, Sprinter, limousine, and other specialty-vehicle service.
Service availability depends on the requested date, time, location, passenger count, vehicle type, itinerary, and other booking requirements.
2. Quotes and Reservations
A quote request submitted through our website, by telephone, by email, or through another communication channel is not a confirmed reservation.
A reservation is confirmed only after Premier Limo:
- Accepts the requested service;
- Provides written or electronic confirmation;
- Receives any required deposit, payment, or payment authorization; and
- Confirms the applicable itinerary, vehicle category, and pricing.
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Changes to the pickup time, pickup location, destination, passenger count, luggage, number of stops, vehicle type, service duration, or itinerary may affect pricing and availability.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the reservation confirmation and immediately notifying Premier Limo of any errors.
3. Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including:
- Passenger name and contact information;
- Pickup date and time;
- Pickup and drop-off locations;
- Flight, cruise, venue, or event information when applicable;
- Number of passengers;
- Amount and type of luggage;
- Requested vehicle or vehicle category;
- Child-seat or accessibility needs; and
- Any unusual items, special instructions, or itinerary requirements.
Premier Limo is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or inability to provide service caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied by the customer.
4. Pricing and Payment
The fare and payment schedule applicable to a reservation will be stated in the customer’s quote, invoice, payment link, contract, or reservation confirmation.
Premier Limo does not impose undisclosed fees. However, additional charges may apply when caused by customer-requested changes or circumstances outside the original reservation, including:
- Additional stops or itinerary changes;
- Additional service time or overtime;
- Waiting time beyond the included period;
- Parking, tolls, airport, seaport, venue, or entrance charges not included in the original quote;
- Additional vehicles or upgraded vehicles;
- Excessive cleaning;
- Damage caused by passengers;
- Special equipment or accommodations;
- Overnight chauffeur expenses or long-distance travel costs; and
- Other charges disclosed in the quote or reservation confirmation.
By providing a credit or debit card, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Premier Limo or its payment processor to charge:
- The confirmed reservation amount;
- Any required deposit or cancellation fee; and
- Reasonable and documented additional charges permitted under these Terms or the reservation confirmation.
Gratuity is included only when expressly stated in the quote or confirmation.
5. Deposits
Some reservations may require a deposit. Deposit requirements may vary based on the vehicle, date, service type, trip duration, number of vehicles, or special event.
Any nonrefundable deposit requirement will be disclosed before the customer submits payment. The reservation confirmation will state whether the deposit is refundable, partially refundable, or nonrefundable.
6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules may vary based on:
- Vehicle category;
- Airport or point-to-point service;
- Hourly service;
- Limousine, Sprinter, van, or specialty-vehicle service;
- Multi-vehicle reservations;
- Weddings, proms, concerts, holidays, or special events;
- Long-distance transportation; and
- Reservations requiring third-party vehicles or other nonrecoverable expenses.
The cancellation policy stated in the customer’s quote, contract, invoice, or reservation confirmation is incorporated into these Terms and will control.
A cancellation is effective only when Premier Limo receives and acknowledges it by telephone, email, text message, or another approved communication method. Leaving a voicemail or sending a message does not guarantee that the cancellation has been processed.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full reservation amount when disclosed in the reservation confirmation. Deposits and third-party expenses may be nonrefundable when disclosed before booking.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in revised pricing.
If Premier Limo must cancel a confirmed reservation and cannot provide a reasonably comparable replacement vehicle or transportation provider, the customer will receive a refund of amounts paid for the unused service. The refund will be the customer’s exclusive monetary remedy for a cancellation initiated by Premier Limo, except where prohibited by law.
7. Pickup and Waiting Time
The customer is responsible for being ready at the designated pickup location at the confirmed pickup time.
Any complimentary waiting period and any additional waiting-time rate will be stated in the reservation confirmation. Once the complimentary period expires, waiting-time or overtime charges may apply.
The chauffeur may attempt to contact the customer using the telephone number provided. If the customer cannot be located or contacted after the applicable waiting period, the reservation may be considered a no-show.
For airport pickups, flight tracking may be provided as a convenience. Passengers remain responsible for providing accurate airline, flight, terminal, and arrival information and for notifying Premier Limo of cancellations, rebookings, missed connections, or major itinerary changes.
For seaport, hotel, venue, and residential pickups, the customer is responsible for communicating any delays that could affect the pickup.
8. Delays and Arrival Times
Premier Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide timely transportation. However, pickup and arrival times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed when affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Traffic congestion;
- Road closures;
- Accidents;
- Weather;
- Construction;
- Airport or seaport congestion;
- Security procedures;
- Government action;
- Mechanical emergencies;
- Major public events;
- Passenger delays; or
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers should allow sufficient travel time for flights, cruises, appointments, weddings, and other time-sensitive events.
Premier Limo is not responsible for missed flights, cruises, reservations, meetings, performances, or other consequential losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Vehicle Selection and Substitution
Reservations may be confirmed for a specific vehicle or for a general vehicle category.
Vehicle photographs on the website are illustrative. Vehicle model, year, color, configuration, seating arrangement, and amenities may vary unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
Premier Limo may substitute a reasonably comparable or larger vehicle when the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable because of maintenance, mechanical issues, operational needs, or circumstances outside our control.
If no reasonably comparable substitute is available, the customer may accept an alternative vehicle, receive an appropriate price adjustment, or receive a refund for the affected unused service.
10. Passenger and Luggage Capacity
Passengers may not exceed the legal or manufacturer-rated seating capacity of the vehicle.
The customer must accurately disclose the number of passengers and the quantity and type of luggage. Premier Limo may refuse items that cannot be safely transported or that would interfere with passenger safety.
Oversized luggage, mobility equipment, sports equipment, strollers, coolers, decorations, or other large items must be disclosed before the reservation is confirmed.
Premier Limo is not required to transport passengers or luggage exceeding the confirmed vehicle’s safe capacity.
11. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must follow all lawful instructions given by the chauffeur and must not engage in conduct that is illegal, dangerous, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or likely to damage the vehicle.
The following are prohibited unless expressly authorized and legally permitted:
- Smoking or vaping;
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances;
- Underage possession or consumption of alcohol;
- Standing or moving around while the vehicle is in motion;
- Interfering with the chauffeur;
- Harassment, threats, fighting, or abusive conduct;
- Possession of dangerous or unlawful items;
- Tampering with vehicle equipment; and
- Conduct creating an unsafe or unsanitary condition.
Premier Limo may refuse or immediately terminate service when a chauffeur reasonably believes continued transportation would be illegal or unsafe. Refunds may be denied when service is terminated because of passenger conduct.
12. Alcohol
Alcohol may be possessed or consumed only when permitted by law and authorized for the vehicle and service.
No passenger under the legal drinking age may possess or consume alcohol. The person making the reservation is responsible for monitoring the group and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Premier Limo and its chauffeurs may prohibit or remove alcoholic beverages when necessary for safety or legal compliance.
13. Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible parent, guardian, or authorized adult unless Premier Limo has expressly approved an alternative arrangement in writing.
The customer is responsible for identifying any child-restraint or child-seat requirements before the reservation. Child seats are provided only when specifically requested and confirmed.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that any child restraint is appropriate for the child and properly secured.
14. Accessibility and Service Animals
Customers requesting an accessibility accommodation should contact Premier Limo as early as possible so that appropriate arrangements can be considered.
Legitimate service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law. Customers should provide advance notice when possible so that Premier Limo can select an appropriate vehicle and prepare for the service animal.
15. Cleaning and Damage
The customer making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle.
The customer may be charged for reasonable and documented costs resulting from passenger-caused damage or excessive cleaning, including:
- Smoking or vaping odors;
- Spilled food or beverages;
- Vomit or bodily fluids;
- Broken equipment, glassware, controls, seats, doors, or interior components;
- Burns, stains, tears, scratches, or punctures;
- Excessive trash;
- Damage caused by decorations;
- Exterior damage; and
- Vehicle downtime reasonably required for cleaning or repairs.
Ordinary wear and tear will not result in a damage charge.
By making the reservation, the customer authorizes Premier Limo to charge the payment method on file for documented cleaning or damage charges permitted under these Terms.
16. Personal Property and Lost Items
Passengers are responsible for their personal property.
Premier Limo is not responsible for property left in a vehicle, except to the extent a loss is directly caused by Premier Limo’s negligence or as otherwise required by law.
Premier Limo will make reasonable efforts to locate and return recovered items. The customer may be responsible for delivery, shipping, chauffeur time, or other expenses associated with returning an item.
Unclaimed property may be disposed of after a reasonable period.
17. Third-Party Transportation Providers
Premier Limo may use affiliates, independent operators, subcontractors, or other properly authorized transportation providers to fulfill a reservation, particularly for specialty vehicles, multiple vehicles, long-distance trips, or periods of high demand.
When another provider is used, Premier Limo will make reasonable efforts to arrange a provider and vehicle that meet the material requirements of the confirmed reservation.
18. Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- Interfere with website operation;
- Submit fraudulent quote requests;
- Impersonate another person;
- Scrape or copy website content for unauthorized commercial use; or
- Use the website in violation of applicable law.
Premier Limo may restrict or terminate access to the website for misuse.
19. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, photographs, logos, designs, graphics, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Premier Limo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
20. Third-Party Websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Premier Limo does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Your use of a third-party website is governed by that third party’s terms and policies.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Premier Limo does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
Transportation services will be performed using reasonable care and in accordance with the confirmed reservation, subject to these Terms and circumstances outside Premier Limo’s reasonable control.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Limo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, missed reservations, missed events, or loss of use arising from the website or transportation services.
For claims that do not involve bodily injury, death, or physical property damage caused by Premier Limo’s negligence, Premier Limo’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the transportation service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, bodily injury or death caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Limo and its owners, employees, chauffeurs, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- False or inaccurate information you provide;
- Your unlawful use of the website;
- Passenger misconduct;
- Passenger-caused property damage; or
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify Premier Limo for Premier Limo’s own negligence or unlawful conduct.
24. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact Premier Limo and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Florida county where Premier Limo maintains its principal place of business, unless applicable law requires another venue.
25. Changes to These Terms
Premier Limo may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The Terms in effect when a reservation is confirmed will generally govern that reservation, unless a change is required by law or agreed to by the customer.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the customer’s quote, invoice, contract, payment authorization, and reservation confirmation, constitute the agreement between the customer and Premier Limo.
If there is a conflict, a specifically negotiated written contract will control, followed by the reservation confirmation and then these Terms.
